Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of receipt. Simply reach out to us at info@haloskinshop.com to arrange your return, and we'll process your refund once the item is received and inspected.

Please note that products must be returned in their original, sealed condition. We're unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
